Hi, friends! It has been a very hot minute since I last wrote a blog. It has not only been a crazy season of "new," but it has been a season of rest and revelation. It is crazy how you can be in constant chaos and still be in a season of rest. Life can honestly be very hard, but we have hope! In the midst of chaos, we can have rest...that is the beauty of dialectics, and most importantly, the beauty of Jesus.

My heart has been through a huge transformation from jealousy, hate, and anger...to peace, calmness, and love. My heart has broken open for my little childlike self that just wanted to feel comfort and love, for my former friends who have sinned against me and caused lots of pain and hurt, and also for those who truly don't know the reality of having a relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ. It is also my prayer that my heart always remains soft and broken for all of these things, and for future occurrences where I will need the heart of Christ to be a witness for him.

I have had to do a lot of healing in therapy through EMDR, but also deliverance, and truly changing and checking my heart. It is hard work. It literally feels like death at times to lay down your life for the Lord. It reminds me of "In the crushing, in the pressing, we are making New Wine."

"We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair." - 2 Corinthians 4:8

"Changing our self-righteousness to true humiliation in Christ is a daily task." - Beth Nadelin

Wholeness and wellness starts with Jesus! Are you ready to truly transform yourself to be whole & well with Christ? We are first going to look at how we can become "whole" in Christ, and along the way, we will start to be "well"-- in our bodies and minds, but also in our soul and spirit!

"Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land."

- 2 Chronicles 7:14

This is truly my heart-- that Christ would soften it, and yours...and we can live in complete freedom and healing together as believers.
